Our AI provides suggestions and guidance based on training materials and general knowledge. It is a tool to assist agents, not a replacement for professional judgment. Agents remain responsible for their own sales practices and compliance with regulations.
Agencies retain ownership of documents and materials they upload. Coachd.ai retains rights to the platform, AI models, and underlying technology. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve our service.
We aim to keep Coachd.ai available and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when possible.
Coachd.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for sales outcomes, regulatory compliance issues, or decisions made based on AI suggestions. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service.
Agencies may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for violation of these terms or non-payment. Upon termination, agency data will be deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
