When you use Coachd.ai, we process:

• Agency codes used to access the platform
• Client context entered before coaching sessions (age, product type, etc.)
• Voice audio and transcripts during live call coaching
• Chat messages when using the text coaching feature
• Documents uploaded by agency administrators

How We Use It

We use this data to:

• Provide real-time coaching and objection handling
• Retrieve relevant training materials from your agency's knowledge base
• Improve the accuracy and helpfulness of AI responses

Third-Party Services

We use trusted services to power our platform:

• Anthropic – AI processing for coaching responses
• Deepgram – Voice transcription during calls
• Cloud hosting – Secure infrastructure in the United States

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.

Data Storage

Session data (transcripts, chat messages, client context) is stored temporarily to provide the service. Agency documents are stored persistently until deleted by an administrator. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Agency's Responsibility

Agencies are responsible for how their agents use the platform and for any client data entered into sessions. We recommend not entering personally identifiable client information beyond what's needed for effective coaching.
